U.S. Senator John Kerry has agreed to join SenatorScott Brown trying to dislodge the NOAA and make public a series of documents, including those who do Commerce Secretary Gary Locke proud when he "chose not to discipline" of members of the peacekeeping force order involved in the implementation of injustices against the fishing industry.
